Funnel

The terms, in plain words.

Short on purpose. Using Funnel means you accept these terms. For how everything works, read the docs.

What Funnel does

Funnel launches a coin on pump.fun for the Solana wallet you connect. That wallet receives 95% of the coin's creator fees, the tokens from your dev buy and any SOL left over after the launch.

You can pay with SOL from your connected wallet, with a Solana token you hold (swapped to SOL through Jupiter), or with another crypto through NEAR Intents' 1Click, which swaps your payment into the SOL the launch needs. The header's Swap panel also swaps any coin for any other without launching anything. Funnel has no accounts: your launches belong to the wallet that signed in.

What it costs

A launch costs:

  • Your dev buy, the SOL spent buying your own coin in the launch.
  • An overhead of up to 0.02 SOL for rent and network fees. Whatever the launch doesn't use comes back.
  • The swap, when you pay from another chain: 1Click's fee and the solvers' spread, about 1%.

Funnel charges no launch fee; it earns 5% of the coin's creator fees instead (below). The exact amount to pay is shown before you pay. Any SOL the launch doesn't use goes back to your connected wallet.

Creator fees: 95% yours, 5% Funnel

Every pump.fun coin earns creator fees on its trades. For each coin launched through Funnel, pump.fun's creator fee sharing is set in the launch to 95% to your connected wallet and 5% to Funnel. The split is locked when the coin is created, so neither you nor Funnel can change it afterwards.

This 5% is Funnel's only income from your coin. Creator fees are paid by pump.fun under its own rules and rates, which Funnel doesn't control.

Honest limits

  • Timing. Cross-chain launches usually take about 1 to 3 minutes. Bitcoin is slower, because it waits for block confirmations. Network congestion can make any of them slower.
  • Minimums. Each coin you can pay with has its own minimum: about 0.07 SOL for Bitcoin, far less for most others. The launch form tells you before you pay.
  • Exact deposits. Send the exact amount shown, once, before the deadline. A smaller deposit is shown as incomplete; a late one may be refunded instead of launched.
  • No undo. A coin can't be changed or removed once it's live, and its creator can't be changed.
  • No promises about price. Nobody can say how a coin will trade. Meme coins are highly speculative and most lose their value.

Refunds

Your money only moves forward to your launch, or back to you:

  • The swap doesn't fill before the deadline: 1Click refunds your payment on the chain you paid from, to the refund address you gave. Payments in SOL or Solana tokens refund to your connected wallet.
  • Nothing arrives before the deadline: the order expires and nothing moves. Don't send to an expired deposit address.
  • The SOL arrived but the launch didn't land after three tries: the order is marked failed and Funnel refunds it by hand.
  • Paying with SOL directly: the launch is one transaction. If it fails, it's undone as a whole and only the Solana network fee is spent.

Refunds from 1Click arrive minus any network fees on that chain. A refund sent to a wrong address you entered can't be recovered, so copy the refund address from a wallet you control.

Wallet tokens and the Swap panel

Launching with a token you hold. Funnel builds two transactions that your wallet approves together: a Jupiter swap of your token to the SOL the launch needs (1% slippage, shown first), then the launch. The swap is sent first; if it fails, nothing launches. If the launch doesn't land after the swap, the SOL stays in your wallet and you can retry. Token prices can move between the quote and the swap; a swap that would give too little is refused rather than sent.

The Swap panel. Swaps any coin on any chain for any other, with no Funnel fee. From a Solana token you hold it takes one signature (Jupiter or 1Click); from another chain you send to a one-time deposit address, and a swap that can't fill before its deadline is refunded to the refund address you gave, on that chain. The quote shows the minimum you receive; the amount that arrives can be anywhere from that minimum upward.

pump.fun's terms

Coins are created through pump.fun's public on-chain program, which anyone can call. pump.fun's own terms (§6.1 and §21) limit bots and launching coins for other people; Funnel launches each coin for the wallet that asked for it. Your coin, its trading and its creator fees are subject to pump.fun's rules, which Funnel doesn't control.

Swaps are carried out by NEAR Intents' 1Click and its solvers, and on Solana by Jupiter, each under their own terms.

Your part

  • You're responsible for your coin's name, image, description and links, and for what you say about it.
  • Don't launch coins that impersonate others, infringe someone's rights or break the law where you live.
  • Check that launching and trading coins is allowed where you live before you use Funnel.
  • Funnel never asks for your seed phrase. Anyone who does isn't us.

No warranty

Funnel is provided as it is, without warranties. It depends on Solana, pump.fun, 1Click, wallets and other services it doesn't run, any of which can be slow or unavailable. Nothing on this site is financial advice. To the extent the law allows, Funnel isn't liable for losses from using it, from the coins you launch or from how they trade.
